similar.module updates

For Drupal's similar entries module, I closed:

  • #30673 - displaying unpublished similar nodes
  • #41931 - update for Drupal 4.7

I also started work on a node type filter for searching similar entries, but the Drupal 4.7 forms API has a multiple select bug that prevented me from finishing.
