i would like to know how to prepare myself for this paper for the exam in my current masters programme. does the syllabus vary from state to state.

Dear Norman İ am a student from Turkey and want to be a master student by 2009 september in measurement and evaluatıon by government scholarships. But i could not able to find educational measurement and evaulation assesment in universities.The system is entirely different from Turkey.May you plese help me about finding a university?I will also take English courses for two months by april.

Any decent masters program in the USA is going to require that you pass the GRE and TOEFL before you are admitted.
