It sounds like something you'd hear in the movies, for a class nobody ever really takes in real life. When I see movies like Legally Blonde, where everyone read the first seven chapters before the first class, I never imagine that in my life. It looks like my first class for Quantitative Foundations of Educational Research will be covering the first seven chapters of the course textbook by Shavelson.
