browscap, profile_pages, statistics_filter, & wordfilter updates
I got Drupal's browscap.module to work for the 4.7 release in issue #41053. I also branched the profile_pages and wordfilter modules for DRUPAL-4-7. Statistics_filter has one remaining task and then it's ready for DRUPAL-4-7, too.
