added modules to Drupal cvs

I went ahead and added the Advogato import and urllist modules for Drupal 4.6 to the official Drupal CVS contrib repository. Now that school's over I'm going to see if I can start upgrading some modules, and create one for MySQL maintenance so I don't have to optimize my Drupal tables through PHPMyAdmin anymore.
